If you look beyond the added peach flavor, it has the sweetness of an "Oriental Beauty" (which is only from China), yet it's FT and organic. It had to be Makaibari. The same low-elevation "good infestations" cause Oriental Beauty and Darjeeling 2nd Flush's sweet tastes, but so few Chinese estates are both organic and FT. Also, Makaibari is ahead on the curve with non-black tea production in India. It's a gorgeous estate. Have you been?
