Regardless of most of your tastes with tea, Pu’erh (poo-air) seems to be a love it or hate it thing. In the case of this artificially aged coin style Pu’erh, I’d say odds are high you’ll enjoy it. That is, if you enjoy a nice black coffee.

This Japanese Sencha from the Ashikubo region from David’s Tea is light and flavorful with enough play on the tongue to keep your palatte interested.

Friday is Black Tea, Floral Tea, Fruit Tea, Chai, Mate and Pu’erh Review Day!
In the past I’ve not been a fan of Mate. Its flavor was notably sour or harsh and it just didn’t seem to be my thing. Always open to new experiences, I decided to try again. This Chocolate Mint Mate from David’s Tea has changed my outlook on Mate.
