The tea for this morning is an Apricot White Tea from Touch Organic.
This light white tea has subtle overtones of apricot throughout the experience with a smooth mouthfeel. The aroma smells heavily of stone fruits such as apricot or nectarine and the flavor is similar with some playfulness in the finish.

Today’s cup is an Organic and Fair Trade Ginger Green Tea from Hampstead Tea.
Ginger has always been an interesting spice for me. Usually I find it pretty hit or miss, so I was a little nervous when trying this tea. Unnecessarily so.
The aroma is notable, but not overly strong. The flavor of the green tea does seem to match well enough with the ginger to make the tea comfortably palatable. I may have to try it a few more times to feel like it’s a tea I’d repurchase, but I can see a great many people enjoying this one.

Today’s cup is a Mango Green Tea from Touch Organic.
As far as flavored green teas in tea bags go, this one is actually pretty nice.
The aroma isn’t all that strong, but the flavor is pretty decently balanced. It tastes like this is a bancha with mango flavoring though instead of mango pieces..

From my tea friends over at Hampstead Tea comes this Fair Trade Fennel Licorice tea.
To be honest, this blend made me nervous. I mean, how good could a fennel licorice tea really be?
The aroma comes out light, not as strong as I’d imagined and the liquor is nice and light.
What about the flavor? With the inclusion of mint in the Organic concoction it actually comes out nice and refreshing.

I’ve been so busy in the office recently I’ve not had a chance to post my Morning Cups.
Today’s cup is an Organic Chamomile from Taylors of Harrogate.
I wouldn’t normally drink an herbal tea first thing in the morning. I often need more of a pick-me-up. However, this Organic Chamomile seemed to catch my eye this morning.
The brew is light. The aroma not very notable, but the flavor was light and comforting.
