Lemon is one of the more appreciated flavors in the beverage industry. More than just a base, it's something many people look for in a drink. That tartness can sometimes get in the way of the appreciation of the subtleties belying the rest of the drink's personality though. But, will this Lemongreen green tea from Tavalon fall to this foible?
Here is another tea I acquired while at the World Tea Expo this year. This one is a tea grown right here in the USA! This Kaiwiki Oolong from Moonrise Tea in Hawaii is smooth and easy to drink.
I've been on an Earl Grey kick of late. Part of this is inspired by my grandfather who really likes his Earl Grey. I've been helping him graduate from bagged teas to loose teas and do hope he's enjoying them. Let's see if this Creme de la Earl Grey from Townshend's Tea may be up his alley.
It seems oolong teas are all the rage right now. They're being grown in Hawaii and New Zealand as well as Nepal and most of these oolong teas are wonderful! This rule stands true for this Himalayan Jade oolong tea from SAFA Himalaya.
Oolongs can be some of the most wonderful teas in the world. They're smooth and ephemeral. This wonderful Taiwanese oolong created near the Shan Lin Shi refuge from Naivetea is very pleasant to drink.
