Creme de la Earl Grey (Townshend’s)

I’ve been on an Earl Grey kick of late. Part of this is inspired by my grandfather who really likes his Earl Grey. I’ve been helping him graduate from bagged teas to loose teas and do hope he’s enjoying them. Let’s see if this Creme de la Earl Grey from Townshend’s Tea may be up his alley.

To Life (Teavana)

I’ve been impressed with several blends from Teavana recently. They have done a bang-up job on a couple teas’ they’ve sent to me, but they haven’t overcome my initial impressions. Will this To Life™ white tea blend from Teavana finally put them in the “plus category?”

Sencha Kyoto – Cherry Rose Festival (Churchill’s Teas)

The blending of a standard Sencha with a collection of fresh Sakura cherry blossoms is something I found surprising the first time I saw it, but given the love of the Sakura blossoms and associated festivals in Japan, I shouldn’t have. This Sencha Kyoto – Cherry Rose Festival tea from Churchill’s Teas would please most of my Japanese friends during the Spring season.

Jasmine Green (Andrews & Dunham)

I have really grown to enjoy a nice, aromatic floral tea now and again. The steady favorite has been the Jasmine family of scented and flavored green teas. This Jasmine Green tea from Andrews & Dunham Damn Fine Tea is quite possibly one of the best I’ve had.
