Today’s cup is an Assam Tea from Hampstead Tea.

This Assam brews a strong, vibrant and malty beverage. The aroma is light, slightly airy and clearly astringent. The flavor is leafy, malty and similar to the breakfast teas based off the tea grown in the Assam region of India. The liquor is super dark rustic red.

Something fruity today, a nice Pure Ceylon Strawberry tea from Dils Tea / Tea Packs USA.

This brew is fairly strong compared to what I was expecting.

The flavor and aroma, are fairly strong. The scent of strawberry is easily discernable even before you open the package.
