There have been some really exciting developments in tea over the past couple decades. However, they’ve mostly been with technology or flavors. Adagio’s new “Roots Campaign” plays closer to my heart. This second installment is wonderful!

Friday is Black Tea, Floral Tea, Fruit Tea, Chai and Pu’erh Review Day!
Lots of companies offer black teas. They’re the most traditional and recognized kind of tea. More recently companies have been offering black teas from different countries. This Sri Lankan blend from Adagio is a nice relaxing brew.

Friday is Black Tea, Floral Tea, Fruit Tea, Chai and Pu’erh Review Day!
I had a wonderful time at the World Tea Expo this past weekend. You’ll hear much more about that over the next few weeks as I bring Monday recaps on sessions, discussions and other things I learned.
